Key Responsibilities
Engage with senior stakeholders (VP, C-level) to comprehend their business challenges, articulate the advantages of AI-assisted design, and collaboratively develop high-level solution roadmaps.
Convert business requirements into tangible technical solutions using Neural Concept's platform, collaborating closely with customer engineering teams and internal developers.
Facilitate AI adoption among customers — from initial proof-of-concept to full-scale integration — ensuring teams are well-prepared and confident in utilizing new workflows.
Serve as a liaison between customer needs and Neural Concept's product development, providing feedback to enhance our platform continuously.
Who You Are
A proficient communicator and trusted advisor, capable of confidently engaging with senior stakeholders, establishing quick rapport, and aligning teams around complex, ambiguous problems.
Experienced in designing solutions from inception to execution, adept at translating business needs into concrete technical strategies.
Comfortable in a customer-facing role, adept at navigating both high-level executive discussions and in-depth technical sessions with engineering teams.
Possess a Master's or PhD degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
