This Solutions Engineer Role
Lead technical pre-sales initiatives for multinational clients assessing Light's platform, particularly organizations transitioning from or enhancing legacy ERPs.
Conduct product and technical demonstrations that highlight how Light effectively addresses intricate financial workflows, system integrations, and scalability.
Collaborate closely with the technical and financial stakeholders of prospects to comprehend existing systems, data flows, and challenges.
Design and propose architecture and implementation strategies tailored to client requirements, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
Assist with RFPs and respond to technical inquiries, elucidating how existing or custom integrations will function.
Your Role in the Team
Your primary goal is to convert intricate client needs into persuasive technical solutions—demonstrating to both clients and Light how the platform adds value. You will serve as a vital link between sales, product management, engineering, implementation, and clients. Strong presentation skills, comprehensive ERP knowledge, and an ability to distill complexity are essential. This role is highly visible and client-facing, with direct accountability for driving deal closures and ensuring technical alignment from the outset.
