As a Solutions Engineer at Lean Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients to architect, implement, and successfully launch integrations. Your collaboration with clients and internal teams will be crucial in supporting technical presales, guiding the implementation process from sandbox to production, and ensuring that customers effectively adopt Lean’s innovative products. You will work alongside Sales, Product, and Engineering to troubleshoot issues, maintain project timelines, and create a seamless integration experience. This position is ideal for technically proficient, adaptable problem-solvers who thrive on transforming customer requirements into actionable solutions.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Lean’s products, APIs, and common integration patterns to effectively support client implementations.
- Independently troubleshoot integration and API issues, escalating complex or high-risk problems as necessary.
- Ensure high-quality implementations by adhering to best practices, adequately preparing clients, and facilitating successful launches.
- Comprehend client objectives, constraints, and use cases, posing insightful questions and tailoring technical guidance to meet their needs.
