Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Enterprise Solutions Engineers dedicated to supporting complex, high-value nonprofit clients. Establish expectations, best practices, and quality standards for technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and customer engagement. Coach Solutions Engineers on executive presence, compelling technical narratives, and managing lengthy, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes. Collaborate with Recruiting and cross-functional leaders on hiring, onboarding, and team growth. Enterprise Sales & Technical Strategy: Act as a senior technical authority on the most complex and significant enterprise opportunities. Work closely with Sales leadership to ensure alignment on deal strategies, technical positioning, and resource allocation. Guarantee consistency and rigor in how solutions are designed, articulated, and marketed throughout the sales funnel. Assist with RFPs, security reviews, integration discussions, and architectural assessments as required. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a critical link between Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, and other teams to ensure seamless operations.
