REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role. Proven experience in project management and client solution implementation, including troubleshooting technical issues and log analysis. Familiarity with web technologies, including web servers, application servers, and Tomcat. Experience with Linux operating systems. Understanding of Web Content Management Systems (such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Drupal), eCommerce platforms (like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, Magento), and other Content Management Systems (including Veeva, Contentful).

About the job

As a Solutions Engineer at TransPerfect, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with internal teams to design and implement enterprise-level solutions tailored for our global clientele, utilizing the GlobalLink suite of products. You will serve as the primary technical liaison for clients, working hand-in-hand with Solutions Architects and Developers to ensure seamless implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the Solutions Architects team to gather and assess client configuration requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans detailing implementation timelines and risk assessments.
  • Ensure timely completion of implementation projects.
  • Oversee the installation, setup, and upgrades of GlobalLink connectors, coordinating with internal teams and client system integrators.
  • Act as the main technical contact and escalation point for both internal teams and clients.
  • Assist the support team in resolving client configuration challenges.
  • Engage with the Product Management team throughout the lifecycle of GlobalLink products, reporting client technical issues and suggesting new features based on client feedback.
  • Support clients in coordinating GlobalLink connector upgrades and become a product spokesperson if desired.
  • Deploy, troubleshoot, and upgrade the GlobalLink suite of products.
  • Create custom reports for clients using MySQL.
  • Mentor new team members as necessary.
  • Prepare training materials and procedures to foster continuous improvement within the team.
  • Provide training sessions for clients as needed.
  • Contribute to internal projects as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
