Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with Account Executives to enhance the pre-sales journey. Deliver tailored technical demonstrations and product walkthroughs based on customer needs. Conduct proofs-of-concept (POCs) and guide potential clients through technical assessments. Assist prospects in understanding how Aikido integrates seamlessly into their code, cloud, and runtime environments. Troubleshoot and address technical queries throughout the sales process. Serve as a trusted technical resource for developers, security teams, and engineering leaders. Work with product and engineering teams to convey customer feedback and enhance our platform. Qualifications3–7+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales position. Strong technical knowledge in cloud services, DevOps, security, or developer tools. Proficiency in conducting demos, POCs, and technical evaluations. Comfortable engaging with both technical and business audiences. Ability to convey intricate concepts in a straightforward and understandable manner. Hands-on approach with strong troubleshooting skills in technical workflows. Excellent communication skills, coupled with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
