What’s the opportunity?
We are seeking an outstanding Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic Customer Solutions Team in LATAM. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, playing a key role in showcasing and articulating the value of our solutions throughout the sales process. Your natural curiosity, independent thinking, and robust problem-solving skills will be integral in collaborating with Product, R&D, and Engineering teams to ensure that our clients' needs are central to our AI-driven solutions.
What will I be doing?
- Lead technical discovery to identify and address our customers’ needs.
- Provide an exceptional pre-sales experience by articulating Intercom's value and technical expertise.
- Conduct impactful, value-based solution reviews and technical sessions.
- Design and implement tailored Proof of Concepts (POCs) that demonstrate Intercom's capabilities.
- Act as the primary resource for RFPs and customer security inquiries, utilizing standardized materials and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to represent the customer voice and gather insights for product enhancements.
- Build trust with customers through empathetic and curious engagement with their challenges.
- Continuously enhance processes and contribute to developing a top-tier Solutions Engineering playbook at Intercom.
- Commit to customer success, ensuring lasting value and proactively addressing challenges.
What skills do I need?
- At least 4 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role, managing relationships with C-Level technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluency in Portuguese is required.
