About the Role:
As a pivotal member of the Solutions Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in our sales organization, focusing on Product-Led Growth. Many customers discover Notion through our self-service platform, and as we expand, prospects are increasingly interested in how Notion can seamlessly integrate into their existing technology ecosystems. You will:
Collaborate with sales representatives to engage with both prospective and existing clients
Address complex product inquiries, RFPs, and security questionnaires with precision and efficiency
Deliver insightful technical support throughout the sales journey, ensuring customers are equipped to successfully adopt and integrate Notion
Demonstrate tailored solutions using Notion, leveraging a deep understanding of how our platform can support diverse customer workflows and integrations
Gather and structure product feedback to assist our Product and Engineering teams in refining Notion to better meet customer needs
Partner with marketing to enhance our technical messaging, including the creation of blog posts, webinars, and customer-facing materials
Educate the sales team on product features, upcoming releases, competitive landscape, and relevant information regarding customer environments and third-party applications
Document technical insights and contribute to internal knowledge repositories for the benefit of teams, customers, and partners
