Within the Revenue Operations Department, you will serve as a product authority, a strategic collaborator with sales teams, and an effective communicator. Your expertise in discerning customer requirements and converting them into impactful solutions will enhance product value, fuel sales success, and elevate customer satisfaction.
Customer Engagement & Solution Design:
Engage in both functional and technical discussions with clients to grasp their needs and pain points.
Craft and present tailored solutions that showcase the product’s value, effectively addressing customer concerns.
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and solution-finding workshops for clients with diverse complexities.
Sales & Customer Success Support:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Sales and Customer Success teams, aiding them in meeting new revenue objectives.
Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, customizing them for specific audiences, sectors, and customer needs.
Contribute to proposal responses (RFIs/RFPs, tenders) by addressing both functional and technical requirements.
Knowledge Sharing & Best Practices:
Stay informed on best practices and product knowledge, sharing valuable insights with internal teams.
Collaborate with colleagues to devise technical solutions and problem-solving methodologies.
Product Representation & Travel:
Represent the company as a product expert at conferences, demonstrations, and customer visits as needed.
Respond to technical inquiries and follow up on outstanding issues.
