As an essential member of our Solutions Engineering team, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our Account Executives, collaborating throughout the sales cycle. You will engage in value-driven discussions, design solution architectures, respond to RFPs, and showcase how Trunk Tools leads in AI-driven construction workflows. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales technical support to prospects and partners from initial contact through product evaluation and closing.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to secure new business by developing solutions that deliver value and address client challenges.
- Assist in the training and success of new Account Executives by sharing insights on Trunk Tools' platform positioning.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Trunk Tools' product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to internal projects, mentoring, and knowledge sharing as a valued team member.
- Work with all levels of the Trunk Tools organization to create best practices and enhance our market leadership.
