Role Overview Mixpanel is looking for a Solutions Engineer in San Francisco (hybrid) to work closely with clients on technical projects. This role focuses on helping customers get the most from Mixpanel’s analytics platform, addressing technical questions, and supporting their integration and adoption efforts. What You Will Do Partner with clients to understand their technical needs and business goals Guide customers through implementation and integration of Mixpanel’s analytics tools Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that improve customer engagement and business outcomes Location This position is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work arrangement.
