About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic Customer Solutions Team. In this role, you will engage directly with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and playing a key role in delivering value throughout the sales process. With a natural curiosity and strong problem-solving abilities, you will collaborate closely with the Product, R&D, and Engineering teams to ensure that our AI solutions are aligned with customer needs.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover and address customer needs
- Provide an outstanding pre-sales experience by effectively communicating Intercom's value and technical expertise
- Conduct insightful, value-oriented solution reviews and in-depth technical discussions
- Design and execute customized Proof of Concepts (POCs) to highlight Intercom's capabilities
- Act as the primary resource for RFPs and customer security inquiries, using standardized materials and escalating complex issues as necessary
- Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to represent customer feedback, informing product planning and development
