You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful implementations and shape the future of our platform.

Role Overview

In this dynamic and high-responsibility role, you will be involved in:

  • Customer-facing technical solution design

  • Engagement across the customer lifecycle during pre-sales and post-sales

  • Architecting workflows and solving complex problems

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams

As a pivotal member of the Solutions Engineering team, you will help define our support and scaling strategies for customer implementations, from initial proof-of-concept to sustained success.

Your Responsibilities

Customer Solutions & Implementation

  • Lead technical scoping, proof-of-concepts, and onboarding for key clients

  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement intricate workflows on the Feathery platform

  • Educate customers on best practices for creating scalable, maintainable solutions

  • Facilitate deployments and ensure successful integration across teams

Pre-Sales Engagement & Product Expertise

  • Support the sales team during the evaluation phase by showcasing technical capabilities

  • Convert customer needs into customized product solutions

  • Create demos and prototypes to illustrate our platform's potential
