Lakera is on the lookout for a talented Solutions Engineer to enhance our sales processes, elevate customer success, and refine the product experience as we grow. In this pivotal customer-facing role, you will serve as the primary technical liaison throughout the sales journey and a vital resource for customer success. Your mission will be to convert customer requirements into effective solutions, leveraging Lakera’s AI Defense Plane to empower enterprises in securing their AI infrastructures and unlocking innovative use cases.
You will collaborate closely with our Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure that Lakera fulfills its mission. Your unique combination of technical knowledge, communication prowess, and customer-centric approach will place you at the forefront of AI security advancements.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the principal technical contact for potential clients assessing Lakera, identifying their needs, and crafting solutions tailored to their systems utilizing Lakera’s platform.
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure swift onboarding for clients and that they derive maximum value from the platform.
Create and sustain technical documentation and guides to facilitate pre-sales and optimize post-sales processes.
Assist in product configuration and execute minor technical adjustments required for client implementations.
Channel prospect feedback directly to Product and Engineering, contributing to the evolution of our roadmap and platform enhancements.
