We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to enhance our platform's scalability and deliver immediate value to our customers. In this pivotal role, you will support Account Executives during the pre-sales process, assist with onboarding and implementation, and continuously drive customer satisfaction. This is an incredible opportunity to join a dynamic, customer-centric solutions team addressing procurement challenges directly and playing a vital role in ensuring our customers’ success.
This is a full-time position based at our San Francisco Headquarters.
What You’ll Do
Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with current and prospective clients
Guide and support customers in implementing Levelpath solutions
Strategize, develop, and optimize our operational processes, tools, and systems (such as Zendesk and Salesforce) to effectively serve enterprise clients
Create best practice documentation and product guides for customer use
Identify key stakeholders and establish relationships with influential business leaders within client organizations
Collaborate with the sales team to introduce new solution offerings to our customers
