About the Role
Join our expanding Customer Success Engineering team as a Solutions Architect! Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our customers' success with Redpanda. This will involve conducting workshops, guiding customers to effectively utilize Redpanda products, and designing comprehensive end-to-end data streaming systems centered around our solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to develop new partner or technology integrations, use cases, and automation capabilities using our products.
- Share insights and best practices prolifically with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Partner with the Customer Success team to onboard new clients and enhance the success of existing customers.
- Design and implement robust production-ready streaming architectures that address customer business challenges while meeting their performance and scalability needs.
- Work closely with Redpanda's product management, engineering, and support teams to tackle customer challenges and elevate the customer experience.
- Identify and mitigate technical obstacles to ensure production readiness and optimize performance for expanded use cases.
- Create tools, automation, and other technical assets that can be leveraged by multiple customers to enhance their experience with Redpanda.
