Capability to develop a technical perspective that illustrates the impact of Intercom and Fin on customer support operations. Experience supporting security reviews and RFPs, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture best practices. Adept at advocating for clients internally, offering feedback to Product and Engineering teams to enhance Intercom and Fin’s functionalities. Proficient in producing technical documentation, integration guides, and resources for knowledge sharing.

As a Solutions Architect, you will serve as a key technical partner for our clients, guiding them through the integration, deployment, and optimization of Intercom and Fin, our AI agent. Collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineers, and R&D teams, you will offer strategic insights, technical solutions, and hands-on assistance for API integrations, security assessments, and AI-driven automation strategies.
