What’s the opportunity?
As a Solutions Architect, you will serve as a key technical partner for our clients, guiding them through the integration, deployment, and optimization of Intercom and Fin, our AI agent. Collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineers, and R&D teams, you will offer strategic insights, technical solutions, and hands-on assistance for API integrations, security assessments, and AI-driven automation strategies.
