Join our dynamic team at Databricks as a Solutions Architect specializing in the retail and consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector. We seek seasoned pre-sales professionals with a proven history of empowering large enterprises to adopt data-driven strategies. In collaboration with the Account Executive (AE), you will define and drive the technical strategy for our most critical accounts, fostering deeper engagement with our products and expanding the adoption of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions.
Your role will leverage your expertise in value selling, technical account management, and technical leadership to enhance success in these accounts. While collaborating with a team of hands-on resources to build proofs of concept and showcase Databricks' offerings, you will need to possess a solid technical foundation and an understanding of the relevance and application of ML & AI across various use cases crucial to our retail and CPG clients.
Your Impact:
- Serve as the primary technical advocate for Databricks with 1-5 clients.
- Lead customers through a transformational journey, assisting them in evaluating and integrating Databricks into their strategy.
- Execute the technical strategy within the account while closely aligning with the overarching business goals.
- Foster a community of technical champions within the account.
- Align technical strategies with Databricks solutions to drive mutual success.
- Provide structured mentorship and guidance to fellow team members.
