Your Role
As a Solutions Architect, you will be a pivotal technical and business consultant, collaborating with clients to design, prototype, and implement innovative solutions on the Mapbox platform. You will engage directly with customers and account teams to identify their needs, architect solutions, and transform data, mobility, and mapping into impactful digital experiences and quantifiable business results. This position is suited for a professional who possesses both technical expertise and business insight, thriving at the confluence of strategy, architecture, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Account Executives to articulate the technical value of Mapbox and identify potential opportunities.
Conduct technical discovery sessions to comprehend customer objectives, requirements, and success criteria, ensuring that solution designs align with business goals.
Design and showcase scalable architectures utilizing Mapbox SDKs, APIs, and platform services.
Develop and present proof-of-concept solutions that illustrate tangible customer benefits.
Leverage expertise in GIS, spatial data, and location intelligence to address customer challenges.
Advocate for customer interests and provide constructive feedback to influence product development.
Stay informed about advancements in mapping, mobility, and AI technologies, sharing best practices within the organization and with clients.
Provide support to clients in various sectors, including logistics, telecommunications, and weather.
Facilitate rapid technical enablement through workshops, demonstrations, and proof of concept in a fast-paced digital customer environment.
Drive customer success by accelerating time-to-value and promoting adoption and growth within a complex ecosystem.
