The Solutions Architect will lead the overall design strategy for intricate learning initiatives, selecting the most suitable modalities, and guiding projects from initial design through to execution. This position is ideal for someone who excels in both creative design and practical implementation, bringing clarity, organization, and decisive leadership to complex learning programs.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to ensure that our learning solutions are not only practical and scalable but also aligned with the broader business objectives.
Your Responsibilities
Designing Learning Solutions
- Oversee the design of multifaceted learning initiatives
- Develop solution architectures that integrate various modalities and delivery methods
- Create detailed design specifications to guide development and delivery teams
- Ensure solutions effectively address business needs, performance gaps, and the realities faced by learners
Modality Selection and Design Decisions
- Assess learning objectives, audience needs, and delivery context
- Advise on the optimal mix of instructor-led, virtual, digital, and experiential learning approaches
- Balance learning effectiveness with feasibility, timelines, and budget considerations
Vendor and Partner Coordination
- Manage relationships with vendors supporting content development and delivery
- Communicate project expectations and design requirements to partners
- Review deliverables to ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards
Project Leadership and Oversight
- Lead projects from design through to implementation
- Develop project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle
Ensuring Design Quality
- Review storyboards, prototypes, and final deliverables
- Provide constructive feedback to maintain alignment with original design intent
- Champion quality and learning effectiveness throughout development
