Overview
We are seeking candidates who are located in or around Irvine, California, with the ability to work on-site in our Irvine office two days each week.
As a Solutions Architect specializing in Enterprise Networking, you will serve as the technical lead for ePlus, focusing on crucial solution areas. Your role will involve significant contributions to the pre-sales process, where you will collaborate with the regional sales team to assess customer needs and devise solutions from inception to execution.
Your Impact
In this role, you will be responsible for the following key functions:
- Provide technical expertise and credibility to the account team in designated focus areas.
- Conduct customer presentations that highlight the ePlus value proposition and technical solutions for assigned accounts.
- Assist sales account managers with overall account planning, focusing on the technical aspects of hardware, software, and service opportunities.
- Support sales account managers with project management for complex presales engagements.
- Complete technical sections for RFP/RFI/RFQ responses for assigned accounts.
