Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Solutions Architect (SA) to enhance our sales and business development efforts. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Business Development, the SA will work alongside senior strategists and business analysts to identify, evaluate, and capitalize on promising opportunities. The SA's primary goal is to combine technical expertise with exceptional account management skills to assist our clients in both public and private sectors.
The SA will engage closely with assigned customer accounts to thoroughly understand their needs and identify potential business opportunities. This role involves exploring ways to improve clients' mission effectiveness by leveraging our cutting-edge products and services. The SA will maintain a deep understanding of customer missions and proactively design customized solutions based on Sealing Technologies' extensive portfolio of products and services. Collaboration with our support teams is essential to address customer-specific requirements utilizing Sealing Technologies’ Cyber Defense Tools, hardware, software, and professional services.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform engineering tasks related to cybersecurity, including hands-on development.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary technical resource for clients.
- Gather and understand customer requirements to customize solutions that align with their operational goals.
- Facilitate technical discussions with clients to ensure successful solution implementation and delivery.
- Conduct product briefings and presentations for technical and management teams.
- Initiate and supervise proofs of concept to guarantee they meet customer success criteria.
