Role Overview
As a Solutions Architect, you will collaborate closely with our business, operations, and engineering teams to help potential clients fully grasp Rain’s offerings, evaluate technical compatibility, and expedite the transition from interest to implementation. This dynamic role combines product expertise, customer understanding, and excellent communication skills, enabling you to bridge the gap between our customers and our technical roadmap as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee customer onboarding from technical discovery through to production deployment.
Diagnose client technical challenges and provide hands-on assistance for Rain's platform integrations.
Facilitate customer discussions regarding API functionalities and guide clients through the development process on the Rain platform.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay structured customer feedback and influence product roadmap decisions.
Serve as a liaison between customer requirements and engineering solutions, advocating for necessary fixes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum of 4 years of technical experience in system integrations, such as Solutions Engineer, Support Engineer, or Implementation Specialist roles.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
