Role Overview: Solution Director – Data & AI
The Solution Director for Data & AI plays a central role in shaping the growth of AND Digital's Data & AI practice in the US. Reporting to the US President, this leader develops and executes go-to-market strategies, builds key ecosystem partnerships, and ensures high-quality delivery through the company's club model. The position involves advising clients at the executive level and guiding the design and delivery of large-scale Data & AI solutions, especially across platforms such as AWS, Snowflake, and other modern data technologies.
This role supports a US operation experiencing rapid growth and works closely with C-suite leaders in industries like Financial Services and Travel. In addition to client work, the Solution Director helps advance AND Digital's AI capabilities across North America, promoting technical excellence and supporting internal skill development to meet rising demand for data-driven transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives (CTO, CDO, CPO).
- Build relationships to understand client challenges and spot opportunities.
- Showcase how Data & AI can drive real business outcomes.
- Solution Development
- Translate complex business needs into effective Data & AI solutions.
- Lead teams to deliver on strategic goals with a focus on measurable results.
- Support business case creation and pre-sales activities.
- Technical Oversight & Delivery
- Provide client-facing AI architecture guidance and technology-agnostic solutions (across AWS, Google, Microsoft).
- Supervise technical delivery and maintain high standards across multiple projects.
- Serve as the main point of accountability for AI-related project quality.
