You should demonstrate accountability for complex solution designs with positive outcomes, whether through traditional career development or alternative professional growth paths. Design and Implementation Expertise: Experienced in designing and delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions employing modern methodologies such as microservices architectures, APIs, cloud platforms (notably AWS and Azure), and application modernization strategies. About the job

As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate with government agencies, financial services, and private sector clients to create innovative solutions that address their most intricate digital challenges. You will integrate technical expertise, user requirements, and business goals through analytical thinking that dissects issues and uncovers actionable strategies, taking non-functional requirements into account from the beginning. Partnering closely with delivery teams, you will engage in a variety of solution-related challenges across the entire project lifecycle—from performing options analyses for significant system modernization initiatives to helping clients navigate complex issues, leading design sessions with cross-functional teams, and crafting solutions that harmonize user needs with business limitations, all while presenting your insights to architectural review boards and senior stakeholders. Whether evaluating different approaches for a government department's citizen portal, architecting integration strategies for a bank's digital transition, or guiding development teams in their implementation choices, you will apply both your solution design expertise and pragmatic problem-solving skills to each scenario.

Your experience in designing and executing enterprise-scale digital solutions equips you to advise clients credibly on effective architectural strategies, comprehending the technical complexities and ramifications of various options. You will employ systems thinking to connect architectural decisions with broader service and business contexts, accompanied by a proven track record of collaborating with diverse teams including user researchers, product managers, software engineers, and senior business stakeholders. Your methodology balances strategic architectural insights with practical implementation experience, adopting a user-centered perspective that accommodates various viewpoints while fulfilling technical requirements and advancing business objectives.

As a member of our central architecture team, you will work alongside seasoned Technology Principals and fellow Solution Architects who share your enthusiasm for solving intricate challenges. This environment provides you with a robust support network for collaboration, learning from different viewpoints, and tackling problems collectively. We understand that architecture is as much about continuous learning as it is about applying existing knowledge—you will contribute your proven experience while keeping abreast of industry trends, modern practices, and emerging technologies. Your architectural acumen will enable our clients to deliver digital services that yield meaningful results for the end users.
