Your Role
As a Solution Architect at UiPath, you will lead the charge in digital transformation, crafting and assessing comprehensive automation solutions that foster innovation and streamline operations. You'll work closely with clients to decode intricate business needs into solid architectural frameworks, ensuring alignment with overarching enterprise strategies and principles. Your insights will be pivotal in shaping automation initiatives, enabling organizations to attain operational excellence through our premier Agentic Automation platform.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in process discovery and design sessions, generating solution design documents and test plans to ensure project success.
Take part in client-facing scoping conversations and prepare accurate work effort estimates.
Establish and maintain coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers to enhance team skillsets.
Spot improvement opportunities and suggest best practices for implementations, custom solutions, and the UiPath Enterprise Platform.
Collaborate with client IT development teams to ensure seamless translation of architectural solutions into successful implementations.
Analyze client requirements and provide expert guidance on software, platform, and network configurations.
Assist in developing, testing, deploying, and documenting automation workflows to facilitate the successful adoption of UiPath products.
What We Are Looking For
A minimum of 5 years' experience in the software industry with a solid understanding of Enterprise Architecture and IT systems.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an architect with enterprise automation technologies (UiPath preferred) or similar tools.
