Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work, particularly in solar energy systems. In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and troubleshooting best practices. Proven experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects concurrently. Valid OSHA 10 certification and a clean driving record. High School diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training are preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients. Physical capability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
