About the Role

As part of the Project Architecture & Delivery team within Global Operations, the Project Manager at Tecsys will work in close partnership with customer project managers to oversee comprehensive project management for software implementations. This role is pivotal in the solution design and architecture of the Tecsys implementation from its initial stages in the sales cycle. You will be responsible for developing and continuously enhancing our proprietary implementation methodology and managing the project management of Tecsys deliveries. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating technical and functional activities, and ensuring successful implementation outcomes.

The Project Manager, supported by a Tecsys Project Advisor and Executive Sponsor, will ensure successful implementations by allocating resources, defining priorities, and facilitating stakeholder interactions. You will work collaboratively with the project team to assess effort, identify risks, and propose solutions, keeping the team focused on achieving the right objectives while adhering to Tecsys’ Project Management and Implementation methodology to maintain the integrity and quality of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple software implementation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define and document project scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables aligned with our customers' business objectives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with our proprietary implementation methodology and best practices to uphold project management standards and delivery quality.
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of project teams to achieve successful implementation.
