What You’ll Do:Lead complex technical projects and manage teams focused on data-driven solutions. Implement Agile methodologies to foster high-performing teams. Recruit, mentor, and develop passionate individuals who thrive in collaborative environments. Inspire and motivate top-tier software engineers, earning their respect and trust. Utilize your intelligence, initiative, integrity, and diplomacy to build strong relationships across the organization. Who You Are:8+ years of industry experience with a minimum of 3 years successfully leading software teams in data-driven environments. Proven track record in collaborating with peer managers to drive the execution and delivery of core functionalities for SaaS products. Familiarity with a diverse range of technologies including Java, Go, React, AWS, CI/CD, Automated Testing, and MySQL. Experience in SaaS environments is a strong advantage.

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineering Manager to lead our Customer Data Platform (CDP) team. In this role, you will oversee a talented group of software engineers, driving the successful delivery of functionalities critical to Constant Contact's strategic initiatives. Collaborating closely with the Product Owner, you will ensure effective planning and execution of projects while nurturing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within your team.

Your contributions will play a pivotal role in managing the ingestion and processing of real-time streaming events, an essential aspect of our Customer Data Platform product. Your team's efforts will directly influence customer segmentation, enhance automated customer journeys, and elevate the insights and recommendations available to our clients, empowering them to excel in their marketing efforts for small to medium businesses.
