This team will be pivotal in driving new business acquisition within the largest and most strategic segment of the Mid-Market sector.We pride ourselves on fostering a vibrant in-office culture, and this role necessitates your presence at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA, five days a week.Your ResponsibilitiesOpportunity Sourcing and Development:Identify and pursue new strategic business opportunities within Select Named Accounts.Engage in proactive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, in-person events, and online outreach to generate prospective leads.Sales Cycle Oversight:Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closure, focusing on achieving or surpassing quarterly sales targets.Conduct online demonstrations, craft persuasive proposals, and actively participate in demos and trials to highlight Verkada's unique value proposition.Develop impactful presentations and proposals, create urgency to expedite deal closure, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.Territory Strategy and Forecasting:Formulate and execute a strategic territory plan to maximize opportunities within the Select segment.Ensure accurate pipeline management and contribute to forecasting efforts for goal alignment.Customer Engagement and Advisory:Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in the Select segment, understanding their needs and recommending tailored Verkada solutions.Collaborate closely with channel partners to strengthen customer relationships and ensure successful product launches.
