Since our inception over 11 years ago, we've expanded into a matrix organization, showcasing our diverse offerings in franchise, digital, retail, and retreat experiences.Your Role:As the Sales & Training Lead, you will collaborate with the West Village Studio Manager to enhance studio attendance, boost in-studio sales, and uphold exceptional hospitality standards within our Studio Operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to forge strong client relationships while maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment. You will prioritize CRM communications and studio systems, driving conversion and revenue growth. Together with the Studio Manager, you will provide continuous training and education to our Studio Operations team, ensuring consistency in procedures and excellence in client experiences.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage dual revenue streams: class and retail.Implement effective sales processes and marketing strategies to promote class packages, memberships, and retail products, leading by example.Engage in studio team meetings to review KPIs and develop action plans aimed at achieving team, revenue, and utilization objectives.Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding clients throughout their journey to enhance retention and spending.Utilize CRM tools and automated communications to improve conversion rates among new and returning clients while minimizing churn.Lead training sessions and ongoing education for Studio Operations teams.Collaborate with the West Village Studio Manager to achieve studio KPIs.Assist in organizing private events, local partnerships, and offsite activities as needed.
