Your Role
Join as a key member of a team focused on enhancing customer experience and operational excellence at Basic Capital.
Quickly develop and implement solutions to meet urgent customer demands.
Become well-versed in our systems end-to-end, triaging and creating rapid solutions for high-priority requests.
Create internal dashboards and monitoring tools that provide real-time insights into customer health.
Contribute to architecture discussions, planning sessions, and code reviews across different teams.
