The Role
We are seeking a talented Mobile Software Engineer with expertise in iOS and/or Android development to take ownership of our Experience SDKs—the essential components that allow clients to seamlessly integrate Sierra’s chat and voice functionalities into their mobile applications.
As the technical lead for mobile development at Sierra, you will oversee the user interface, animations, voice interactions, performance enhancements, and deep OS integrations, collaborating closely with design and frontend teams to ensure a cohesive and delightful mobile experience.
What You’ll Do
Manage our Mobile Experience SDKs for iOS and Android. Spearhead the architecture, implementation, and ongoing development of our native SDKs, making the integration process effortless for other engineers and providing an exceptional user experience.
Enhance OS-level interactions. Leverage platform-native capabilities to improve functionalities such as notifications, background execution, audio routing, app extensions, and deep links, ensuring that our agents feel seamlessly integrated within each platform.
Create outstanding mobile interfaces. Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop visually appealing and highly functional mobile user interfaces that elevate the overall user experience.
