Our projects include critical surveillance of HIV and malaria, as well as nutrient analysis of crops and soils, operating on a national scale in several African nations. We are actively seeking a talented mid to senior-level Software Engineer to become an integral part of our Warsaw team. The ideal candidate will possess:
A robust background in software engineering, including proficiency in version control, writing clean and maintainable code, robust design principles, and a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
The ability to conceptualize logical software architectures and communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
A willingness to address a diverse range of challenges and technologies.
A collaborative spirit, participating in regular design sessions, code reviews, and team efforts.
Experience in development on UNIX-based or OSX-Darwin platforms.
Working proficiency (≥C1) in English, including speaking, reading, and typing (≥45 words per minute).
An interest in collaborating with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Emotional resilience and social intelligence.
A passion for your work and a tendency to maintain an optimistic outlook, even amidst challenges.
While the following skills are not mandatory, they would be advantageous:
Experience with Python, Django, React, Android, or PyTorch.
Knowledge of computer hardware, electronics, or physics.
