Your Role
As a Software Engineer on the Integrations team, you'll play a pivotal role in developing Dialpad’s essential native integrations. These integrations facilitate seamless real-time automations and data exchanges between Dialpad and complementary platforms, ensuring our shared customers enjoy a cohesive experience. This includes integrations with Agentic AI, CRMs, ticketing systems, workforce management tools, and industry-specific sectors such as Recruiting, Retail, and Healthcare. You will closely collaborate with engineering peers, product leaders, business executives, Dialpad customers, and external partners. This role will focus on integrations compatible with Agentic AI.
This position reports to our Engineering Manager and can be based in our London office. Please note, this is a hybrid position with an expectation to be in the office 2-3 times per week.
