Your Role
As a Software Engineer on the Integrations team, your primary responsibility will be to develop and enhance Dialpad’s essential native integrations. These integrations facilitate real-time automation and data exchange between Dialpad and various complementary systems, ensuring our shared customers enjoy a cohesive unified experience. This includes integrations with platforms such as Agentic AI, CRMs, ticketing systems, workforce management tools, and specialized sectors like Recruiting, Retail, and Healthcare. You'll work closely with fellow engineers, product managers, business stakeholders, Dialpad customers, and external partners. This role will particularly focus on integrations compatible with Agentic AI.
This position reports to our Engineering Manager and can be based at our offices in London, Buenos Aires, or Bangalore.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain Dialpad’s critical native integrations, including platforms like Zendesk, HubSpot, and AthenaHealth.
- Create architectural design and specification documents.
- Implement robust features with appropriate testing mechanisms to ensure reliability and performance.
