Team Overview

The Install Ready Design team develops automation and compliance solutions for solar design. This group manages a platform that produces construction-ready plans for residential photovoltaic (PV) and storage systems, ensuring every design meets industry codes, standards, and manufacturer requirements. Team members work in a collaborative, respectful setting that values growth and encourages new ideas.

Role Overview

This hybrid Software Engineer role is based in Warsaw, Poland. The position focuses on building backend systems that support the next generation of solar installations. Engineers on this team address complex technical challenges and create reliable tools that shape how solar projects are designed and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and launch new features to boost platform performance and accuracy.
  • Work with partners across the solar industry to streamline project workflows.
  • Grow the capabilities of Aurora’s solar design platform.
  • Help build new products that change how solar systems are designed and deployed.
  • Take operational responsibility for team-owned services, including participating in an on-call rotation.
