Why You Should Join the Onboarding Team
The Product Expansion team at Klaviyo is dedicated to enhancing the initial experience of our platform for new users. We are committed to optimizing the setup process for customers, ensuring they quickly realize the value of our tools. As engineers, we leverage data to identify improvement opportunities, conduct A/B tests to validate our hypotheses, and collaborate across departments to continually enhance user experience while minimizing obstacles for newcomers. We seek versatile software engineers who are enthusiastic about refining user experiences and have an interest or experience in expanding a user base through effective onboarding strategies.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Implement user-experience enhancements throughout the Klaviyo product, with a focus on the new customer journey.
- Design and execute A/B tests to validate concepts, analyzing results to guide product improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, data science, sales, and engineering teams to identify enhancement opportunities and engage directly with customers to understand their needs better.
- Contribute to refining our experimentation and development methodologies while mentoring fellow engineers.
- Clearly define objectives, constraints, and context for AI implementations, ensuring accuracy with a focus on security, performance, and maintainability.
