Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) – Aliso Viejo, CA

The Consumer Experience (CX) team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional product experience for fans eager to discover, purchase, and sell tickets for their favorite live events on our web and mobile platforms. We are at the forefront of fulfilling StubHub's mission to become the global hub for live event experiences, creating a product interaction that millions of fans rely on daily. We prioritize understanding our users' needs and strive to provide feature innovations that are effective and enjoyable.
 
Our services cater to a global audience, ensuring a personalized experience in over 60 regions and 30 languages. We believe that diverse perspectives and transparent practices foster the best innovations, which is why our cross-functional team collaborates closely, bringing together specialists from product, design, engineering, and data, all contributing equally to ideation and insights.
