We invite applications for the position of Software Engineer II - Backend to join our Customer Journey Team. The Customer Journey team is responsible for creating product and platform experiences that enable customers to onboard quickly and successfully. We tackle onboarding challenges by minimizing manual interventions, enhancing reliability, and simplifying complex setup processes for both customers and internal teams. This team takes charge of the workflows, automation, and visibility required to transition customers from initial setup to full activation. As a Software Engineer II, you will develop scalable systems and user experiences that elevate onboarding quality, speed, and time-to-value.
