About the Role:
Samsara's Revenue Operations AI & Data Team is at the forefront of revolutionizing market strategies with intelligence, personalization, and agility. Our dynamic team of builders, scientists, and strategists is devoted to transforming sales operations through AI. We strive to empower sellers to connect with the right customers at the right moment, armed with data from Salesforce, context from past interactions, and winning content.
As a Software Engineer II, AI Platform, you will be integral in executing designs and developing the core platform capabilities that fuel Samsara's next generation of AI-driven solutions. Your focus will be on building scalable and reliable systems that support multi-step AI workflows, model execution, and product integrations, prioritizing overall system performance over individual features. This role sits at the intersection of distributed systems and applied AI, where both correctness and operational excellence are as vital as speed.
You will collaborate closely with Senior ICs, AI engineers, and cross-functional teams to establish shared execution patterns, define platform contracts, and evolve the foundational elements that support S+Engine and future AI applications. You will be empowered to make architectural decisions, rapidly iterate on early versions, and help realize emerging AI capabilities.
