Your Responsibilities
Design and refine features that propel growth, enhance onboarding, and boost engagement for Suno’s music applications.
Conduct data-driven experiments aimed at optimizing user acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create systems for analyzing user behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and driving Suno’s expansion.
Build scalable, high-performance systems and integrations to support growth initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Your Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, growth, or a related technical field.
In-depth experience in full-stack development, preferably with a focus on growth engineering or analytics.
Demonstrated expertise with data pipelines, analytics platforms, and user tracking tools (experience with Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Statsig, and/or Snowflake is advantageous).
Ability to transform data into actionable insights and strategies.
Web development experience (React, Typescript, NextJS) is beneficial.
A strong passion for rapid iteration and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
A genuine love for music and a spirit of experimentation is a significant plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
