About the Role
We are on the lookout for a skilled, analytical Growth Engineer to help propel our product's scaling efforts and elevate essential user metrics across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. Growth Engineering is a unique fusion of engineering, product management, and marketing—utilizing code, experimentation, and analytical insights to uncover opportunities that yield measurable results.
What You’ll Do
Experimentation & Optimization
Design, implement, and analyze rapid A/B and multivariate experiments to validate hypotheses and enhance critical KPIs.
Identify obstacles within user funnels and devise technical solutions to boost conversion rates throughout the user journey.
Growth Feature Development
Create growth-driven product features such as onboarding experiences, referral systems, and automated engagement processes.
Develop scalable code and infrastructure that underpins growth initiatives and experimentation frameworks.
Data-Driven Insights
Collaborate with data teams to implement tracking, build insightful dashboards, and extract actionable insights from user behavior data.
Utilize SQL and various analytics tools to conduct in-depth analyses of cohorts, engagement metrics, and experimental outcomes.
Cross-Functional Teamwork
Work closely with product managers, designers, marketers, and data scientists to align growth objectives and execution strategies.
Translate business objectives into technical specifications and implement practical solutions that foster sustainable growth.
Continuous Learning & Innovation
Stay informed about industry advancements and growth-related technologies, proposing new strategies to catalyze growth.
