To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related STEM field along with at least 1 year of software development experience, or alternatively, 3 years of professional experience in software development without a degree. Proficiency in C/C++ with a minimum of 2 years of development experience is required. Ideal candidates will also demonstrate strong skills in Python, front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript), software design principles, and a solid understanding of physics and mathematics. We value creativity in problem-solving, debugging, performance optimization, unit testing, and the ability to adapt to evolving project needs, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
