Role Overview: Software Engineer - Experimentation
Superhuman is hiring a back-end-focused Software Engineer for the Experimentation team. This engineer will help build and maintain core components of our product suite, infrastructure, and features that improve writing clarity and effectiveness for millions of users. The work includes designing and maintaining experimentation frameworks and internal tools that shape our product roadmap and support company growth.
Engineers and researchers at Superhuman have the freedom to innovate and drive breakthroughs, directly influencing product direction. As we expand our interfaces, algorithms, and infrastructure, technical challenges are becoming more complex and interesting.
