Requirements:Experience: A minimum of 3 years in backend development using C#. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Linux and Kubernetes (K8s). Data & Protocol Knowledge: Familiarity with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, database troubleshooting, and protocols including WCF. On-Premise Insight: Understanding of the constraints related to non-cloud deployments. Communication Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory, with the ability to bridge complex technical analysis and stakeholder communication.

Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a talented C# Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to enhance our Escalation team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the technical liaison between our Support and R&D departments, addressing intricate challenges in On-Premise environments. Your expertise in deep-dive investigations, a proactive troubleshooting approach, and the ability to implement effective code solutions within our core product will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-Depth Investigation: Conduct thorough root cause analysis on escalated issues from the Support team.
  • Code Management: Design and implement bug fixes and hotfixes using C#.
  • Infrastructure Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues in Linux, Kubernetes, and OpenSearch environments.
  • Complex Issue Resolution: Address sophisticated network, database, and protocol-related challenges, including WCF.
  • Effective Communication: Collaborate closely with Support, SA, and CS teams, and engage directly with technical stakeholders when necessary.
