About the Role
We are on the lookout for a talented Backend Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in constructing our state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform from the ground up. The EHR Engineering Team is responsible for managing all EHR features comprehensively, working closely with our AI and Revenue Cycle Management teams to ensure a seamless, data-centric healthcare experience for both providers and patients.
Your Responsibilities
Create Innovative Solutions: Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code that brings our EHR vision to fruition.
Develop Data Pipelines and Infrastructure: Architect and deploy robust, scalable data pipelines for internal and external healthcare data sources, ensuring top-notch data quality and availability.
Lead Data Migrations and Strategy: Oversee the complete execution of complex data migrations to onboard clients, minimizing downtime while ensuring data integrity.
Engage in Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, AI, and RCM teams to align efforts and deliver impactful solutions.
