ABOUT THE TEAM
The Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) division at Anduril has two key missions: to develop high-performance autonomous drones and to produce solid rocket motors at scale. We take innovative concepts like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius and transform them into fully operational systems through close collaboration with specialized engineering, operations, and production teams. Our Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) team focuses on the design and manufacturing of solid rocket motors utilizing advanced materials and proprietary formulations, ensuring reliable propulsion systems that meet diverse mission requirements. TRS is in search of skilled software and hardware engineers who are eager to contribute to a dynamic and powerful portfolio, spanning from autonomous aerial systems to high-performance rocket motors, all designed to operate efficiently in the most challenging environments.
ABOUT THE JOB
This role is part of the TRS Core Infrastructure team, dedicated to developing the foundational infrastructure that supports TRS Products like Altius, Ghost, Bolt, and Anvil. Our mission is to create a seamless deployment experience for cutting-edge TRS autonomy, ensuring that our products are user-friendly and effectively address the evolving needs of our customers, thereby directly impacting the success of our offerings.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, develop, test, and implement tools for the manufacturing and deployment of Anduril products.
- Define software architectures, configuration processes, and user experience workflows, collaborating directly with chief engineers, program managers, flight test engineers, and end-users to refine capabilities based on feedback.
- Create solutions using languages such as Python, Rust, C++, and Go that integrate with software product lifecycle technologies like NixOS.
