Your Role:
As a Software Engineer within the Core Infrastructure team at Compa, you will spearhead significant infrastructure and DevOps initiatives across our diverse product offerings, systems, AI/ML applications, and data warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, develop, and sustain cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools and services.
Optimize scaling, automation, reliability, and observability of infrastructure services.
Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and infrastructure automation.
Ensure end-to-end reliability: monitoring, alerting, incident response, and continuous improvement.
Lead pivotal company projects such as multi-cloud support and customer-managed encryption keys.
Act with agility, deliver frequently, and influence technical strategies as we grow.
Engage in roadmap planning and prioritization.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software engineering, focusing on infrastructure, platforms, or backend systems.
Proficient in designing, building, and operating systems on major cloud platforms.
Solid engineering foundation in DevOps/SRE with practical experience in Python.
