About Us
At Heidi Health, we believe that healthcare deserves a more harmonious approach—one that fosters continuous and deeply human care. We are pioneering an AI Care Partner designed to enhance the capabilities of clinicians and revolutionize patient care.
Our diverse team, comprised of physicians, engineers, designers, researchers, and creative thinkers, is dedicated to developing tools that enable clinicians to concentrate on their most important task: caring for patients.
In a short span of 18 months, Heidi has reclaimed over 18 million hours for healthcare professionals, facilitating 73 million patient visits across 116 countries. Currently, more than two million patient visits each week are enabled by Heidi around the globe.
With nearly $100 million in funding, we are expanding our footprint in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, collaborating with top-tier healthcare systems, including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.
